COACHED with Coach Keren

Nov 28, 2022

What if you finally reach your biggest career or life goal, but don’t feel as excited as you thought you would?

On the fourth episode of the Coached Podcast’s new season, Coach Keren is joined by guest host Christopher Chandler to answer YOUR questions on the midlife shift, on change in general, and on the experiences surrounding personal grief. Chris is a superstar integrative nutrition health and wellness coach and instructor who experienced his own “Crisis to Awakening” moment on his life journey when at the age of 23,  he lost his father.

Together, Chris joins Keren to give insight and guidance to two callers with dynamic but relatable questions surrounding lackluster feelings after reaching monumental life goals,  and honoring a desire to change our lives even when from the outside - our lives look pretty great to others.

  • Trauma doesn’t necessarily happen surrounding grief, it can be caused by everyday experiences if you don’t have the tools to cope with the situation.
  • You have everything you need, and life is urgent. Don’t wait until tomorrow to live the life you want.
  • Comfort zones are meant to be blown up, don’t stay within the comfort zone if it is not serving you.
